Overall, I believe my experience fell far below the standard of decency I expected, considering the amount I paid for the stay. To top it off, there was a foul smell emanating from our room, making a portion of the space unbearable. Despite my efforts to address the issue with the pit boss, the dealer's dishonesty added to my frustration. The following day, we encountered a condescending attitude from a blackjack dealer, making me feel disrespected and humiliated. While I chose not to make a fuss initially to avoid spoiling our special occasion, the situation worsened. Although I initially brushed it off, I was further dismayed when my wife accidentally picked up someone else's dirty shorts, leading to concerns about sanitation, especially in the current Covid-19 climate. Despite booking a one-bedroom suite with the intention of proposing to my fiancée, we found the room to be dusty and unclean upon our arrival. However, my excitement was dampened by a less-than-satisfactory experience with our accommodations. During our recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised to observe improvements in various aspects of customer service, which had previously deterred us from returning. My fiancée and I were regular patrons until the challenges posed by the pandemic led to certain disappointing changes in the casino.
